REFUND

Purchased ticket will not guarantee your entrance to event. If you will not pass face control we will refund your ticket.
Tickets are eligible for a refund only if the event is canceled and does not take place, or if entry is denied due to face control upon arrival. In all other cases, tickets are non-refundable.

PAYMENT

Payment at triangulum.live can be made online. Online payments are made through the IDBank payment system. We also serve ARCA, Visa and Master Card holders.

LETTERS AND SPAM

If you are a registered customer, you will receive regular emails from triangulum.live. You may refuse to receive these emails. The “Unsubscribe” button, which you can find in the received letter, will help you in this matter, after which you will not receive any more letters from triangulum.live. The only email you will receive from triangulum.live will be a confirmation email for your orders. triangulum.live does not send unwanted emails “spam”.
